How discreet is your shipping?
Plain box, no logos or markings. Return address shows 'Nancyslem' only. Customs labels use company name only—totally discreet.
How fast do you ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) available at checkout. International: 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.
Do you ship worldwide?
Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. All duties are prepaid at checkout—no surprise fees at delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. Returns accepted even on used items—condition doesn't matter. All returned units are recycled.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on all devices. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone damage. Replacement or repair is free—we cover shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with a photo and order number. We ship a replacement same-day usually, with a prepaid return label.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes per charge, depending on intensity level. Full charge takes 90 minutes via USB-C magnetic base.
